Borgo Valle Rita

The hole place is relaxing and the pool is a good size and very clean. The included breakfasts were very good. We had dinner twice. The first night the food and service were of a very high standard, but the second evening was a totally different story with unattentive service and some items on the menu not available. We particularly like the grilled octopus from the first evening which was not available on the second evening. We enquired if it was available for our third evening and were informed that it was not, so we went out to eat

Out first room had no hot water, so had to take a cold shower. We informed reception the next morning and they were not able to fix the problem, but offered us another room which was fine.

Wunderschöne Anlage. Vom Swimmingpool aus hat man eine fantastische Sicht in die Weite. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kundenorientiert. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer ist gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit privatem Sitzplatz.

Service bei Frühstück und Abendessen eher langsam und nicht allzu freundlich.

Il resort è costituito da appartamenti che danno la possibilità di gestire bene le proprie esigenze, specialmente con i figli. Il servizio in camera e la colazione permettono di avere un trattamento da hotel con la comodità però di essere in appartamento. La piscina è un valore aggiunto immancabile per un vacanza lenta o per rilassarsi dopo le escursioni del giorno. La posizione di Valle Rita è perfetta per raggiungere sia alcune città importanti della Puglia che della Basilicata e per godere soprattutto dell'incantevole litorale di entrambe le regioni.

La struttura andrebbe ristrutturata in maniera efficace: il bagno del nostro appartamento per esempio era troppo piccolo, usurato e con molta umidità. Ma anche i giochi per i bambini sono rotti e poco praticabili e la stessa piscina presenta alcune piastrelle mancanti. La colazione è abbondante seppur poco varia da un giorno all'altro: basterebbe anche solo cambiare la tipologia di torte o di affettati proposti!

Le site est très bien entretenu et très bien décoré. La piscine est très agréable. Le personnel et la cuisine aussi !
