Very nice grounds, nice pool, nice breakfast. Farm nearby and swings and slide make it good for children. In general its quite child friendly Large rooms, good storage options, good kitchen facilities

Bathroom terrible. Shower is about the size of a coffin, very difficult to wash in there. We had 3 days of no hot water and no water pressure. Rack inside shower and the shower head mount were both broken making it even more difficult to wash in such a small space Toilet seat lid was broken, asked for it to be fixed and they just removed it without a word Air conditioning unit in rooms is very old, takes about 1-2 hours till you notice its effects even on max. We didn't use it, but there is a probably 15 year old, tiny tv way in the corner, good luck watching anything on that. It didn't bother us too much as we didn't spend much time in them, but the rooms are very dark in the day Restaurant is expensive for some very bland, tasteless dishes. Tasteless pasta sauce, tasteless selection of cheeses etc. Cost way too much. Ate once and never went back. I think most expensive and worse meal of our 2 week trip. Two dogs that have the run of the place, a couple evenings they were barking for hours. One of them does not like kids and will bark and growl at them, did not make us feel safe with our child. Expect to see them at mealtimes begging for food. Bike available to rent, but only 2 electric bikes which are 5 euro each for only 30 minutes, which is a bit ludicrous, the masseria we stayed in a few years ago had regular bikes for free

Complessivamente valido Resort nella natura e per tutte e tre le succitate.

Ristorante eccellente con personale cordiale ed attento ad ogni esigenza; Piscina grande, pulita, circondata dal verde e con il servizio bar sempre disponibile; Colazione Eccellente con prodotti freschi.

La camera dove ho soggiornato, una delle più grandi della struttura e dotata di zona giorno con cucina, è davvero spaziosa e proprio per questo motivo (visto lo spazio a disposizione) andrebbe adeguato il bagno che, benchè dotato di tutto, ha una cabina doccia davvero troppo piccola e con qualche problema di approvvigionamento di acqua calda. Posta nel corpo di fabbricato più vecchio queste camere andrebbero "rinfrescate" anche con interventi di coibentazione (i rumori delle camere e bagni vicini sono troppo presenti) e di aggiornamento degli arredi.

An oasis of tranquility, truly a beautiful resort. Highly recommended!
