Location, breakfast, friendly staff, pool.

Charged extra for kids bed, which we told them about in advance but didn't mention the charge. Air con was temperamental.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, staff, location, facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, parking, free shuttle bus to:from main area, attention for detail, made to feel welcome, could not fault a thing, great little find, would definitely recommend this hotel Great location….15min walk to Garda lake & beautiful waterside restaurants & shops, Thanku to all the staff, you do a fabulous job

Polite staff The rooms are basic but very clean

It’s location It is too far from the centre of Garda. There is a shuttle bus, although this is infrequent. The food was hit and miss.

A fantastic hotel owned and managed so well by a wonderful family. Breafast was a feast. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Garda.Highly recommended.
