Hotel Eden Garda

Excellent location , staff especially Ana were friendly & pleasant . But she chatted & interacted with us , always had a nice smile. View from our room was beautiful & immaculate.

Uncomfortable mattresses, didn’t want to complain as the view from room , made up for it . Good choice at breakfast, but same choice every day.

Nothing, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful four nights at Hotel Eden. We made new friends and I like how we had the same table for breakfast and dinner. Loved everything about this place. Only placed we would stay if we return. If I had a negative it would be the shuttle should run more frequently.

Great room air conditioning. Helpful and pleasant staff. Parking garage. Quiet rooms.

Bathroom was very crowded because of the toilet position creating a tight passage between the lavatory counter. No coffee machine in room. Breakfast fruit had no taste; very bland.

The breakfast was not a highlight but was adequate. Not a great choice of cereals and a limited cooked breakfast.

We were happy with every thing. We did find the location a bit out of the way especially as the walk back to the hotel from the lake was uphill and in the heat it was tiring. There was a free shuttle but it was not always available when needed. A purely personal point which spoilt things for me was the pool was too deep for me to put my feet down so I ( and a few other ladies who were not confident swimmers) couldnt use the pool.

Very clean and beautiful hotel, nice terrace on the roof.

It could be more variety of food during the breakfast.
