Close to the beach, authentic Greek

We spent a few wonderful days at Galini Pension and couldn’t be happier. The hotel is located close to the port — perfect if you’re arriving by ferry — and they offer private parking, which is a big plus if you plan to rent a car and explore the island. The hosts are incredibly kind and always ready to help, offering great recommendations on what to see and where to go. We had a wonderful room — the window opened to a blooming bougainvillea tree, and when the wind blew, petals would float right into the room. We also had a lovely balcony with a small table and chairs, where we enjoyed relaxing and watching the sea. Everything was very clean, cozy, and beautiful. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away — quiet, sandy, with clear water and no waves. There are also many great restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a place that’s simple, warm, and full of heart — I highly recommend it

Clean, air conditioned and well serviced. Right beside the beach and some bars and restaurants nearby. Very good value for money.

The light in the shower was a little damaged.

The location is perfect, close to the harbour and beach. The owner was super nice and helpful, we could store our luggage after check out. Nice little garden/terrace.

Unfortunately, our room was very dark because the window was on the sideway and no natural light came in. As we were on the ground floor we couldn't open our window properly without a cat coming in. The kitchen wasn't equipped at all, but we got some cutlery and plates when we asked. It was hard not to flood the bathroom while showering, because the shower curtain was too short. The garden/terrace is really nice, but felt a little forgotten. I am not sure if it was because of the end of the season, but to me it felt like you could make so much more out of this lovely space.

The location was amazing! 4 minute walk from the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. I had an amazing view from my balcony. The owners were lovely!

The Irish lady was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
