Hôtel très bien placé face au départ des bateaux vers l'île de Tavira. Hôtel complet mais très calme malgré la fête de St Jean tout proche. Bon petit déjeuner et climatisation. Possibilité de parking à 200m au marché. Restaurant sur place avec réduction 15% pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Amazing staff & good breakfasts at the hotel, including the lovely little pastries, warm from the oven each morning. Whilst only continental, they do serve hot bacon & eggs daily. There is also a quiet area on the first floor, with a little library, where guests can read, play cards, use laptops etc. The wi-fi service always seemed good during our week there. Right on the riverside, opposite the ferry for the beach. Lots of local restaurants, including the popular in house one at the hotel. Easy walk around the town, both sides of the river (except for their being cobbles in most parts). The hotel is quite convenient fot the bus station (local & long distance services) but with luggage, would suggest a taxi (at appx 6 Euros, inc luggage charge for 2 persons).

Our double room had a comfy double bed with Juliette balcony and ensuite, but was very tight on space. My recommendation would be to upgrade to a larger room if your budget permits, as from the other rooms I saw, there was a significant difference in size. The rooftop area would benefit from some new furniture & general maintenance, including watering of the plants, which were in a very sorry state. However, to be fair, the staff are so hard working that it is difficult to be critical.

La chambre était propre et confortable au niveau de la literie. Le petit dej était bon.

Notre WC ne fonctionnait pas la chasse d'eau paraissait cassée. L'hôtel est très bruyant et les chambres ne sont pas isolées.
