It was perfect for my needs of a one night stay awaiting a connecting flight. Still, for one person needing a few nights, it is quite adequate. I was very pleased. The staff were very friendly.

"Not a very nice hotel"

Hotel is in a rundown part of Madrid, down a back street. Not a nice or safe area. Taxis cost 20 euros to get there from the airport and 30 euros to get back. Staff did their best but forgot to print my boarding pass. The whole experience was depressing.

"Great place to overnight on flights"

Excellent hotel choice for anyone flying out of Madrid airport, in Barajas town which is a particularly good place to overnight, especially if using Terminals 1-3. Hotel modern & comfortable and on the corner of Barajas' cafe/restaurant lined central square. This square is also the starting point for bus 101 to Terminals 1-3.

"Good place to stay to be close to airport!"

It was very nice, but it would have been better to have a matrimonial bed instead of two separate beds. It would also be nice to have a shuttle service from the airport. I would recommend it better being that it's not easy getting there. Or give people clear instructions to get there by bus.
