Excellent location. Very friendly staff

Lounge area lacked any atmosphere

Location is good and the hotel overall is clean

The entertainment is very noisy if you stay with children be aware no-one is sleeping before 11pm and the WiFi is average but this maybe an issue in the area

Location is not the best in Palmanova but 5 min walk from the beach

The location.

The rooms and the swimming pool were really small and they hadn’t got many gluten-free products.

Very good size , good drinks and easy to find rooms.

Evening food wasn’t the best. The room we had was on the side where the main road was so was quiet noisy and we was rudely awoken to an argument outside from other guest and the hotel staff were not quick enough to desqulate the situation as it went on for hours

The location. Hotel was relatively quiet at night.

The main pool was a little on the small size, although my granddaughter loved the small children’s pool. We did find it a little annoying that people were putting their towels on sun loungers early in the day, but not using them until later.

The food was always cold not much choice for a vegetarian
