Location was ok

Air conditioning was poor because we were on the top floor internet was bad and quite noisy from some machines

Great facilities and the staff were all excellent. Plenty of choice when it comes to food at breakfast, lunch, dinner or visiting the snack bar. Room was a good size and clean.

Only negative was the bed which wasn’t very comfortable.

the room was pretty nice

there were RATS in the attic (above our room) walking all night long so I couldn’t fall asleep until 4 am. there was no soap in the bathroom and I haven’t received even after asking we were welcomed by a very unfriendly receptionist when we asked to make a complaint other receptionists took it personally and rolled their eyes with very bitter faces. the air-conditioning has a truck engine - it makes lots of noise there is no balcony no one accompanied us to the room - we had to find it ourselves you couldn’t take the elevator to the last floor so we has to drag the luggage up the stairs. i had other expectations from a 4* hotel and the price practiced
