Ruime kamers, goed ontbijtbuffet en alles voor een fijne skivakantie. Zo was er skiverhuur in het hotel en een gratis shuttlebus naar de skilift. Ook heerlijk om na het skiën te ontspannen in het zwembad en de wellness.

Aan de kamers kan wat onderhoud gepleegd worden. Met name vochtschade aan de kozijnen.

The staff are kind and welcoming. They helped us find a parking spot. It's clean. The food is ok.

We booked this stay for the internal pool and the spa. The pool is cold. Not tepid, cold. My partner barely used it and I did not use it at all. On our second day, the pool was closed for maintenance until noon, so it could not be used anyway. I mean, the maintenance could have been done during breakfast hours. The spa area is cold as well. The tiled loungers were not even warm enough. It was a totally disappointing experience. I now understand the hotel mainly caters to skiers and that the spa and pool are managed by a contractor, but the hotel management should really make sure all facilities live up to the price. The room was cold, too. We asked for additional duvets because it was too cold at night. There is free parking outside the hotel (on hotel premises) but when we arrived and asked where to park, the manager immediately tried to guide us to the paid parking underground. Only when I pointed out that it said 'free parking' in the booking, did they explain the parking outside belongs to the hotel and is free. Not cool. It was a kind member of the security staff that helped us find a spot.
