Hotel liegt fußläufig, ca. 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Sowohl Düsseldorf als auch Köln erreicht man in ca. 35 Minuten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr gut für eine Übernachtung im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise geeignet.

"Solides Mittelklassehotel mit Startschwierigkeiten"

Da erst kurz nach Übernahme der neuen Kette ziemliche Startschwierigkeiten. 3 Tage kein Obst oder Gemüse, defekter Aufzug ( ohne die Nachfrage wie eine Frau ihr Gepäck in die 3. Etage bekommt), Bohrarbeiten. Ansonsten freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffett etwas schlechter als zuvor ( geschnittenes Frischobst wäre toll) wird aber zumindest vom aufmerksamen Personal immer gut nachgelegt. Zimmerservice spült keine Gläser. Kopfkissen schauen zwar toll aus, fallen aber zu einem Nichts zusammen. Leider in einigen Zimmern und auf dem Flur sehr viele helle, unappetitliche Flecken. Preis- Leistung über Hotel.com okay.
