Lo staff è stato spettacolare! In fase di prenotazione avevo commesso un errore nella prenotazione della camera, le operatrici non solo hanno immediatamente risolto il problema alla semplice richiesta ma hanno concesso un upgrade a costo zero, dimostrando professionalità e grande attenzione per il cliente. Mi sono sentito coccolato. Ho cenato presso il ristorante dove ho trovato un menù ampio e ricco di proposte molto interessanti, territorio e novità. Colazione ricca. Grazie! Struttura straconsigliata per famiglie, coppie e viaggi di affari.

"A wonderful oasis in rural Italy"

Everything was so clean. Very friendly staff. A great place to stay.

The breakfast options after a tour group had been through were a little disappointing but everything else was great especially the staff.

"TRÈS BRUYANT, en soirée, ce n’est pas un endroit où l’on peut se reposer"

Il était très bien placé pour rayonner dans cette région.

LE BRUIT,nous sommes restés trois jours. Nous avons eu droit à deux Mariages et le dernier matin on pensait pouvoir dormir et dès huit heures on a eu droit à l’aspirateur de la chambre d’à côté. Le manque d’organisation, vu la grandeur de l’établissement, on aurait pu nous attribuer une chambre à l’écart du mariage, mais hélas on était juste au-dessus. L’emplacement de la réception qui se trouve au-dessus de la route avec une côte très raide, avec les bagages, très difficile à monter. La signalétique dans l’hôtel n’était pas Claire. Le manque de correction, Il aurait été correct de nous prévenir qu’il y avait deux Mariages dans l’établissement.
