Colazione piuttosto banale per un hotel che vuole proporsi di lusso . Spa non compresa

Good breakfast and a lovely view from the room.

The spa was closed throughout our stay. The hotel has few guests (early April) which meant that it did not any atmosphere.

Tutto perfetto, dal comfort alla pulizia. Anche il ristorante è al top

Spa and gym rarely open, not comfortable enough for a 4 star, restaurant food poor.

We traveled through Europe for two to three months every year. So, we have made it a habit to choose different hotels to have different experiences.we choose our hotels by our own feelings. This place looked beautiful from the outside and a beautiful interior presentation. To sadly find out that the hotel customer service did not match its beauty. Front desk reception was difficult and challenging with very unhappy faces. Breakfast staff was unfriendly and could not get a welcome smile from them. Dinner staff was just as unfriendly. I might say to be fair the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.probably to fair the staff is overworked at the same time if they want to be in the hospitality business they want to trained the staff to be friendly.

The view from the room was nice towards the mountains

Room looked totally different than what we had seen on the photos It is an enormous complex set of buildings where you can get lost. It attracts lots of large families. If you are lucky you have a parking spot close to your room, when you are unlucky like us you have to take several stairs through a maze of buildings. Breakfast was at one of those Banquet halls where everyone looked lost, way too big. Food was mediocre. Pool is only open a few hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon. Girls at the from desk were not really friendly, except for one.

Una struttura alberghiera davvero bene attrezzata, le camere grandissime e comode, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile e si mangia molto bene. Perfetta per le famiglie e per chi ha cani. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Letizia on reception was excellent as was Salvatore in the restaurant both delivering an outstanding customer experience, the hotel though sprawling is excellent lots of lifts and a few stairs to navigate but outstanding Thanks we will be back

El hotel es un laberinto para llegar a cada cuarto. El personal no te explica, no habla ingles. Los cuartos muy diferentes a los de la foto. Decepcionado para un hotel que tenia grandes expectativas.
