Hotel Lilienhof

The staff were very welcoming and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast the next day. The dining room was very cute and welcoming. The bedroom was very tiny and beds were not very comfortable but that was to be expected for the awesome price we paid. The shower was awesome in the room. The toilet in the hall did not smell too good. It was in great proximity to the trainstation and great internet access. Would definitely stay there again for one night.

An inexpensive hotel close to the main train station, fairly quiet, clean, and a fairly safe area were the positives. The rooms are small, there are only two small bathrooms per floor, but only one shower per floor, and one has to go to the lobby to get the key (possible extra charge!). Also no breakfast except at a considerable charge, a charge for WiFi, and an extra city tax added at arrival. Except if money is critical, one can do better in the same general area...there are many hotels near the train station.

we love this Little and cheap hotel. the staff er very kindly and itis placed in the mittle of the big city. we will be glad to visit this hotel Again.

Location perfect to be near station. I've stayed another hotel a few times and it seems to get Worse. And staff Still not changed always miserable. And rooms seems to getting dirtier. So I will not be planning to come back here.

Ideal for the railway station and city - the only gripe I have is that there was a stale smell of tobacco in the air but the rooms/linen/cleaninless otherwise was excellent ! and I would definitely consider staying again...

If you just need a bed and a shower extremely close to Hamburg's central train station, this hotel will be fine. It's very bare bones & seems a bit sketchy, but they let you store your luggage before and after check in/out.

Run down hotel lets you see what bad hotels were like in 1970s. Tiny room with a sink, locked bath for whole floor. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Cheap, though. If you're only looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is good enough.

acceptable for easy access to station

The accommodations weren't very impressive, objectively speaking, but for the price, I feel the value is very good. I didn't expect (or need) more than a bed, some outlets, and a shower, so I got exactly what I expected. The most important thing, though, is its extremely convenient location. It is barely two minutes walking distance from the central train station, and even closer to a good kebab shop and a little market where you can stock up. I recommend it for budget-conscious travelers who want to spend their time in Hamburg instead of in their hotel.

Next to the Central Station its a great location. Good price, you get what you pay for.
