Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Lugnt hotell med fint poolområde. Bra läge, både nära restauranger och busshållplats. Rummet var okej. Vi upplevde det dock en aning smutsigt, vilket var ett stort minus. Personalen gör dock det lilla extra för sina gäster, vilket gör att vi helhetsmässigt tycker att det var ett bra hotell.

Clean property very close to bus stop. Lovely pool with ocean view. Fira is just a 15 minute walk. Oia is a 15 minute bus ride. Helpful staff.

Mooie, schone kamer. Fijn zwembad. Aardige receptionisten. Chagerijnige schoonmaakster. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt bij zat.

Had another wonderful holiday at Aelia by Elthion. The hotel is like a home away from home and the hosts Marina and Christina went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable at all times. The pool area is a perfect location for relaxing and unwinding. The large pool and ample sun loungers means there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The service of cooling complimentary drinks during the day and snacks in the room each evening just adds that special touch. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to local restaraunts and shops and close enough to the caldera to be able to enjoy the wonderful sunsets without walking too far. Overall a wonderful hotel with great staff.

Fantastic, friendly service with daily gifts of fruit or wine, beautiful pool area and gardens in between porches with views of the sea. Not views of the caldera, but those views are a three-minute walk away. VERY happy with the stay, and we were there three nights. Close to a market with basics and breakfast, close to rental of vehicles, close to bus stop and postal drop.... a/c not the greatest for a heat wave.

No sunset or caldera view , but sunrise is equally beautiful if you're up. Very quiet & well looked after, brought a glass of orange juice every morning by the pool & left a treat in room each night. Stayed in honeymoon suite with four poster bed & hot tub on balcony ,very comfortable

A estadia foi ótima. As recepcionistas são excepcionais. Cada noite elas deixam em seu quarto uma iguaria da Grécia com um bilhete super amável. Nos prestam todas informações e nos fazem sentir em casa. Hotel muito bem localizado. Fácil acesso de ônibus e dá para ir a pé para Fira. A única falha é que a recepção não é 24hs. Como cheguei as 07hs tive que ficar esperando até as 08hs para deixar minhas malas e esperar o check-in. Ficaria hospedada nele novamente com certeza

We were pleasantly surprised with this place! The pictures on Expedia were spot on for the room that we got. It was very spacious and actually 2 rooms. A bedroom with closet space and a kitchen/sitting room. Both rooms had doors to the terrace which had a lovely view of the sunrise each morning. The lady that works the desk was lovely and helped us plan our stay, rent a car, and even brought us wine to our room (it was our Honeymoon). It was very much appreciated.
