Bed and Breakfast Sant'Andrea

la camera era pulita, un po' stretta per via del terzo letto ma in generale ok. I proprietari sono molto gentili. La colazione era abbondante: biscotti, cornetti freschi, merendine, burro e marmellate, fette biscottate; tutto per gli amanti del dolce per chi predelige il salato invece come me, aspetterà di fare colazione fuori.Il posto é tranquillo e fresco trattandosi di casa vecchia, con persino tracce di afreschi in qua ed in là ed il soffitto in legno tarziato. L'unica pecca é il parcheggio: bisogna lasciare la macchina in un pargheggio, prendere l'ascensore e poi fare un pezzo a piedi, non é tantissimo però con le valigie diventa un po' antipatico.

The B&B is in a charming old Italian apartment. Fairly quiet and ideally located for anything one would want to do in Orvieto. Good breakfast. The host was extremely helpful.

Quaint little place. Welcoming and lovely Breakfast in the morning. Comfortable bed and good size shower.

Olimme kaksi yötä. Aamiainen tyypillinen italialainen, lisukkeena tosin murot ja maito.Tuplasänkykin saatiin pyynnöstä erilleen.Ihan hintansa arvoinen.

Wonderful host , great location felt like home

Come arrivi ti preoccupi, l'androne dello stabile è fatiscente. L'appartamento invece è all'altezza, molto interessante. La posizione in centro è sicuramente il punto di forza. La pulizia ha lasciato un po' a desiderare ma una volta segnalato, il tutto è stato risolto. Colazione insufficiente nonostante gli sforzi del gestore, consiglio un impegno maggiore, basterebbe ottimizzare le risorse, bisognerebbe eliminare gli imbustati e affidarsi al fresco. La signora che è a supporto è fantastica. Ultimo consiglio, gli infissi con un doppio vetro risolverebbe i problemi dei rumori del passaggio degli autoveicoli e risparmierebbe nel consumo dei riscaldamenti. Nel complesso comunque lo consiglierei.

Location,location,location,we have a lovely night in st andrea's. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Nicely decorated room and we love the quient of this wonderful place.

It's a little hard to find but it is well worth the effort. If you ever wondered what living in a flat in Orvieto would be like, this answers the question. The room was clean and comfortable, The location being close to shopping and restaurants is great. The only problem is there is no parking nearby. You must park in the lot down below town and take the lift up. No problem since Orvieto is a walking town. The lady who owns it is such a sweetheart and even though she spoke no English, we sorted things out fine.

Orvieto is een heerlijke stad om een dagje te zijn en deze B&b een aanrader voor een short stay .
