Location was within walking distance from shops in city centre & cafe right next door. Room was a good size, very clean with comfy beds & had kitchen facilities

Single glazed and right next to a pedestrian crossing so beeping all night. Building looked rundown from the outside but room was nice and clean. Needs painting inside & out.

I didnt even end up staying there it was trashy on the outside, smelt and was dingy.

Where do I start? Reception was filthy and stunk like shit. (Looked nothing like the website). The person who greeted me looked like I was an annoyance. I asked if there was milk in the room, and he said he would bring us some. He did (in a glass). We didn't touch it, but we tipped a bit out and left it on the bench. The next day, they didn't even bother to give us any fresh stuff (it was put in the fridge) !! DISGUSTING Heater didn't work, batteries kept falling out of the remote control. That's just the start.... Basin sink stunk of sewage. This place is riding the coat tails of the last people who gave a shit. These people are just collecting money. Just to add.. the last night, I didn't sleep for hours because an alarm was going off... I followed it into the office. Piss me off !! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!

Staff not welcoming or helpful when checking in, not a clean smell at premises, gardens weeds everywhwre, and place is in need of serious tidyup paint, refresh , one glass in room, fly in cup drawer, things just seem unkempt and no care. Duvet hanging over top balcony and old mattress outside against fence, grafitti of a c@#k and balls on wall where back exit is, cleaners rubbish in top foyer, in middle of floor sat there for at least one hour. No air cond in room Not impressed, wont stay again.
