Beds were comfy, manager was helpful. Just around the corner to bus stop and opposite Southern Cross Hospital.

Room was very dark and could do with a paint job to lighten it up and make it more welcoming.

Run down. Weeds, old mattress on the fence line. Owners cooking smells were overwhelming.
