The poor service, unmaintained and non managed facilities The total lack of information about what services are available/offered The quasi absence of the reception service : it seems a rented apartment with no service rather than a hotel. For this level of price, we expect at least a present reception and not a ghost house. The wifi was defective and non functional during the whole stay: nowadays not to have Wifi connection is simply disastrous No support neither info on how to get to the hotel nor how to bring the luggages to the hotel-Riad in area were cars cannot enter The shower was with little water making taking a shower a chore and a waste of time Poor service during breakfast

Very friendly staff, always available and sorted out an upgrade (that we had to pay for of course) when we realised the cheapest rooms where not really what we looked for (no windows). Got upgraded to a suite for 30 euros extra per night. Fair deal. Location was very good. In the middle of chaos but still quiet.

The facility is a little bit older than it looks like on the pictures and the rooftop could get some more love. But overall it was a very good experience.
