Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse über Marrakesh ist beeindruckend. Der Weg zum Riyad ist aufregend und man hätte nie gedacht, welch schöner Ort sich hinter der kleinen Tür versteckt. Einfach nur mittendrin.

Joli Ryad, très calme et centré, très belle terrasse et cour intérieure. Le service pour nous chercher et rechercher à l’aéroport était top ! Très pratique et efficace.

Saïd était parfait, gentil souriant et prévenant. Le reste du personnel était moyen, au petit-déjeuner on n’a pas toujours voulu nous servi ce que l’on souhaitait (pas de yoghurt sucré, pas de pains au chocolat etc.) ce n’est pas pris en compte et c’est assez lent. On aurait globalement se sentir mieux accueilli mais c’était quand même très bien.
