Ascenseur en panne pendant notre séjour. Nous étions logés au 3ᵉ étage avec trois enfants, dont un nourrisson, ce qui a rendu les déplacements très compliqués. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, l'accumulation de poussière dans l'appareil nous fait penser qu’elle souffre d’un manque d’entretien. Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit et sommes déçus par cette expérience.

Locatie en de kamer

Dame bij de receptie. Lift ging kapot. Erg vervelend als je in een rolstoel zit en maar kleine stukjes kan lopen. Totaal geen empathie. Ook niet vragen bij het uitchecken of alles naar wens is geweest.

A superb hotel. Friendly, English speaking staff. Comfortable, well sized rooms. Two lovely comfortable sitting rooms and a delicious breakfast. Great location for lots of excellent restaurants and shops yet very nice and quiet. On site secure parking.

J’ai trouvé des traces suspectes sur le mur face aux toilettes. Des poils et cheveux sur le mur et au sol qui ne m’appartenaient pas au moment de mon arrivée. Et des traces aussi sur les draps Les chambres mériteraient un coup de peinture
