Le petit déjeuner est le seul point positif.

Le rapport qualité prix est catastrophique et le personnel très peu sympathique.. Pour le prix d'un vrai quatre étoiles j'ai eu droit à une petite chambre, avec une télé qui ne marchait presque jamais. Lorsqu'elle marchait, j'avais du mal à la regarder à cause de la disposition très bizarre du lit et de cette télé. Le matin à 9h le personnel de nettoyage voulait absolument que je quitte la chambre, sans se soucier de mon programme. Pour avoir la moindre info à la réception ou une boisson au bar il fallait attendre 15 minutes pur que le personnel réagisse. Le comble, j'ai du pas mal batailler pour obtenir la facture.

personal, ausstattung zimmer

licht im bad nicht auszuschalten - zimmer dadurch zu hell zum schlafen - musste zimmerkarte ziehen und konnte daher mein handy nicht laden; frühstück ohne joghurt/ obstsalat; tiefgarage sehr teuer ohne aufzug, keine info, dass man ohne zimmerkarte kein zugang zum treppenhaus hat
