Small family run hotel ......clean neat and comfortable...owner manager very helpful and friendly...good breakfast and very central location in the village....would recommend to my friends..

Very nice hotel in exellent place. We stayed 2 nights (original plan was only 1 night but the place and hotel was so nice). The condole to the mountain was just 100 m from hotel. The wiev from mountain is so great, so we highly recommned that. Breakfast was good, there was everything what we needed. Parking place free of charge and enough space. We defenetly could come back!

오래 되었지만, 굉장히 관리가 잘 된 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 객실도 넓었고, 발코니에서 마시는 맥주는 더욱 좋았습니다. 길겐, 그문덴, 할슈타트 여행시 머물기 좋은 숙소입니다. 일하시는 분들도 매우 친절합니다. 다음날 여행 일정들 문의도 매우 친절하게 알려주셔서, 아름다운 호수 마을을 가볼 수도 있었습니다. 렌트카로 가시는 분은 속소 근방 로타리에서 언덕쪽으로 올라가는 도로가 있는데, 거기로 가보세요. 전망 좋은 곳에 주차할 수 있는 넓은 장소가 있는데, 거기에서 바라보는 길겐 마을으 경치가 예술입니다. 차 세워놓고 한참을 보다 왔네요.

Nice room in the Heart of the city , nice view of the city with a part of the lake in the background. Short walk to the cable car to go up to the top of the mountain. Good breakfast selection.

A lovely family owned hotel at a lovely little town. Free bicycle for guests, perfect for getting to know the area. Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice modest breakfast.

We loved our stay and St Gilgen is just gorgeous

A most wonderful place to stay and experience romantic St. Gilgen and Wolfgang See. Family-run facility; extremely friendly people. Highly recommended for a romantic stay.

We stayed in a comfortable, upstairs room at Hotel Schernthaner, with a partial view of the lake! Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with quite a variety of food to choose from. Close to lots of restaurants. Would certainly recommend staying here.
