Hôtel du Château Annecy

We stayed for 3 nights in a room overlooking the Chateau, lake and mountains. Loved everything about this hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful. It's spotlessly clean. Comfortable and well-equipped, but not fancy. Breakfast buffet is a delicious bargain. Outside patio area is delightful. Location is fantastic tho the hill and stairs would be a factor for some people. We loved this place!

It was a short but steep walk to the hotel from the main part of the town. We loved the location. It was in walking distance to the lake, town, shopping, food, and train station. It is a beautiful area. Breakfast was nice.

Stayed here in Aug 2022.during heat wave, no A/C but provided fans…Got massively bitten by bedbugs, I informed them, and sent pictures, they claim their inspection revealed nothing, and provided no compensation.. so you should avoid this hotel

A wonderful location

Excellent location! Very close to the lake and main restaurant area. Up a slight hill so very quiet and gets a nice breeze. Nice room with a fan.

Simple and excellent! Beautiful little property. One thing to note is there are hills/stairs to get to the property from the main restaurant part of town.

It was a delightful little hotel with beautiful views. We needed room for 3 adults and though it was small, it worked well. Beautifully decorated with paintings/prints and colorful paint on the walls. My only complaint was that it needed some blackout or more opaque curtains because a lot of light streamed into the room at night. We enjoyed our stay.
