Very clean, staff were helpful and pleasant.

The location was great very central to everything

It was very noisy as I was first floor facing street

Comfy beds , helpful staff , hot shower , regular maid service . Food Ok Great location

Only issue was very thin partition walls . Could even hear someone scrolling on their phone in the next room . Noisy guests banging on door during night but this is not the fault of the hotel

I loved how central it was and the room was very clean shower was awesome

The noise of the buffet in the morning but that might have depended on the room we were in

The staff were very friendly, excellent customer service from the moment we arrived, carrying our cases up the stairs and seeing if we knew the area. The 2 rooms we had were spotlessly clean.

Our initial room had a shower that was so small, I couldn't get in it, so we had to change rooms for a walk in shower. Our initial room had a fabulously big balcony with the sun in the afternoon. Our new room had a tiny balcony on the colder side of the hotel. The contentental breakfast was ok, but the English left a lot to be desired.
