no tenía nevera y solo un jabón q no hacía espuma a saber si estaba muy mezclado con agua o algo

The staff were exceptional, very pleasant and helpful. Listened well to our issue with the noise from other guests. Breakfast was great, nice choice and fresh.

The room was 502, the only room with a key, this room seemed to be like an additional pair room. The beds were very uncomfortable, a small double pushed up to the wall and a single with a very lumpy mattress. No where to place a drink or phone whilst in bed. The lighting was dreadful we had two small lamps on the wall, no other lighting in the main room. The tiniest TV I've ever seen in a hotel, it was the size of a large tablet! No amenities in the room, such a hairdryer, and fridge, tea and coffee would be nice but not essential for a short stay. Cleaning was not up to scratch, lots of hairs on the floor in and around the bathroom. The shower unit was extremely small, cube style which you needed to wedge yourself in and out. You could hear everything from the room and bathroom next door. The terrace area is lovely, but wasn't clean, it was very grumpy. We felt this room was possibly used for staff and not paying guests, as initially our room was on the 2nd floor according to the email I received. The hotel from our experience needs an update, it is very reasonable but improvements could be made to bring it up.

Las instalaciones un poco deterioradas, grifos oxidados, no había agua para ducharte durante 2 horas (estaban arreglando una tubería), el jabón del baño (mejor llevarse el suyo personal), se escucha todoooo lo que pasa fuera de la habitación.

La ubicación excelente y el personal muy amable y atento

Creo que todo estaba muy bien, pero deberían tener más variedad en el menú

El trato del equipo fue extraordinario, y nos sentimos como en familia. Tanto el Ceo, como Carlos y Rafa en recepción y el chef, son extremadamente amables y serviciales. Aunque es un hotel antiguo y se está renovando, aún carece de cierto mobiliario. Pero la estancia no ha podido ser más grata. La ubicación es privilegiada, a un paso de ambas playas, y el personal de limpieza muy eficiente. Desayuno y cena son bufet , el cual no es el del Meliá, pero todo está bueno y es suficiente. Animo a la gente a que lo pruebe en sus vacaciones o viajes.

Únicamente los muebles escasos y decoración de la habitación, pero para dormir suficiente, y la mejor oferta en relación calidad/precio.
