Having just returned from staying at the hotel Santa Faz I would firstly like to say it was an excellent holiday. the location as mentioned by many is ideal .very local to all amenities but still very quiet. the hotel itself is very clean. my single room was small but adequate. and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. A special mention to Elias on reception who made my stay very care free and comfortable. nothing was to much trouble for him. I will be returning to this hotel very soon and very often. Robby.f

It's location was excellent, access up 7 steps was a little difficult for me

Bed linen was poor quality the same as the towels. Also there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room and sound insulation was very low

El ruido de la calle, aunque esto es las personas que no tienen civismo, nada que ver con el hotel.

We didn’t know what to expect as this was last minute trip- but location, cleanliness and the staff make this a nice place to be - it is very dated but it’s an old building. As in the heart of the old town it can get loud at night - so if you’re a light sleeper take ear plugs - we were half board - always something nice to eat - very please and would return.
