I liked the staff, also the location was really nice close to the thermal waters. The pool is big. The breakfast was ok but the best.

I doubt the 5th star in their rating. I can’t image how they can run a 5star hotel with air condition. The room was so warm that even with the ventilation of it was almost impossible to sleep. This is something that bothered not only me and my wife but at least 8 more couples in out company. We tried to solve this by having the balcony door open but that made out sleep even worst with mosquitos bothering us. An other thing that I expect out of a 5 star hotel is valet service for both parking and luggage. I’m used to see staff greeting us outside just at the main entrance to a 5star. The fact that they turn off the pool from 14:00 - 17:00 was a big turn off. I hope they fix the air condition for next time

Schöne Lage

Für eine Therme mit diesem Potential wenig Möglichkeiten. Preis für Sauna und sonstige Extras auf extrem hohen Niveau für sehr banale Einrichtungen . Keine Parkmöglichkeit musste in der Stadt parken wo mein Auto beschädigt wurde

ארוחת הבוקר שופעת למעט קפה פושר ולא טעים ממליצה להזמין תה. לובי רחב ידיים ונעים לשהות בו, חנייה חינם מתחת לבניין , ברכות נהדרות בחוץ ובפנים עם מים חמים וגטים לעיסויים. נוף נהדר קרוב לים לטיילת .

קיבלה אותנו בקבלה בחורה בצורה לא נעימה ביקשנו שתי מיטות לפי ההזמנה בבוקינג , שמציינים במפורש שאין הבדל במחיר בין מיטה אחת או שתיים אבל היא התעקשה שאנחנו חייבים להוסיף כסף ולא הייתה שרותית להחליף לנו לחדר עם שתי מיטות. נתנה הרגשה מאד לא נעימה. מלון ענק עם תפוסה דלילה באמצע דצמבר. לבסוף החליפה ובערב טענה שהכל בסדר. לי זה יצר ויברציות לא נעימות. מקווה שזה לא בגלל שאנחנו ישראלים.
