CHILDRENS SWIM TIMES During school holidays Monday – Friday 3pm – 5pm Saturday – Sunday 10am – 12pm & 2pm – 4pm Outside of School Holidays Monday – Thursday – No children’s swimming Friday 4pm – 6pm Saturday – Sunday 10am – 12pm & 2 – 4pm (applicable to under 16’s) Now in the T’s and C’s on guest confirmation it states that guests do not pay a damage deposit. We need to change this to state: A physical credit card must be presented at check-in for pre-authorization for any extras or incidentals A deposit may be required at the property.

Location Breakfast staff very friendly

Given a room that stank of smoke absolutely appalling. Went to reception to change no apologies or any customer service waited ages to see if any other room can be allocated cheekily to be told we would be assigned a twin but at some point at “night” staff will come and change it into double Refused so somehow managed to move us but again no apology for the long wait by that point and having to come back to reception with luggage ect Pool extremely cold

Good location and good value. Great sized rooms, though the bathroom was a little tired

Bathroom looked tired, loose toilet seat and a little mould around the sealant. Had a large group and we weren’t advised to book breakfast as a group which caused a few issues
