We need to change this to state: A physical credit card must be presented at check-in for pre-authorization for any extras or incidentals A deposit may be required at the property.

I received a lovely welcome when I checked in. My room was very spacious and quiet with a beautiful view. The hotel is beautifully clean, and is in a really nice location.
