We need to change this to state: A physical credit card must be presented at check-in for pre-authorization for any extras or incidentals A deposit may be required at the property.

Beautiful grounds and the spa was lovely. It was clean and our room was spacious. Friendly staff and good choice of food including room service.

My bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Lovely hotel with an amazing swimming pool. We had paid for one the best rooms but it was amazing, very large and luxurious

I could tell the bed was two beds pushed together, hence 9/10 that was the only disappointment. Otherwise wld be 10/10
