Pensión La Giraldilla

Room was small clean And kind of cute. Very noisy from the street until 2 am. We found the room chilly. When asked about heat you can have it if you pay 5 euro. Different concept. We happened to arrive when. Girl was there we had trouble because she didn’t speak English. Another gal and on later who spoke better English znd showed us the kitchen etc. However there is hardly anyone in reception. You have to call a phone number. When I arrive after Travelling I really don’t want to wait at The door for someone to let me in

Room was more than adequate for a couple of night's sleep. Only qualm was that the room was quite chilly.

Location was wonderful. We caught the airport bus and were dropped a 5 minute walk away near the cathedral. When we arrived Javier was a wonderful host and explained an excellent range of dining and sight seeing options. Quiet rooms, heating and air conditioning,clean.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the location excellent. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my luggage with them all day, and they answered all my questions.

It is a great accommodation. It is worth the money that you pay for it. Relation quality-price is great and location is on the city center.

Good location with great local restaurants. Very close to the bull ring. There was air con in the room but you have to pay 5€ per day which was never mentioned on the site. If you don't want to pay for air con there was a fan in the room but that just blew around the hot air which made our first night very uncomfortable and as our room was on the ground floor, the window/french doors opened up directly into the street so we didn't feel comfortable leaving it open, we ended up paying for the air con for the remaining 2 nights. The room and bathroom were clean but bring your own shampoo and body wash as none were provided. Overall a good place to stay as it wasn't noisy at night but if you go in summer definitely pay for the air con

Excellent location. We booked a family room and it was spacious and comfortable, with its own bathroom.. We got a very good price for it too, as we booked early. Very clean.

The hotel is better than many hotels i ve stayed at in Barcelona. The location was superb. In Plaza de armas street so near most of the things you need to do. i was pleasantly surprised with cleanness of the room, and also TV, and free wifi. Bathroom was also very clean. i would definitely return.

I booked this hotel after reading other guest reviews and did not expect too much for the price I paid. This was a top end place to stay, very central, lovely room with bathroom and there was a paved area outside the window. Staff were great and every area was very clean. Would highly recommend and stay there next time too.
