"Great hotel for the price."

Room was lovely and very clean. Access full time to the dining area was a bonus. Parking was a couple blocks away but no problem if you are fit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

"Un hotel para repetir"

Hotel ubicado cerca del centro casco antiguo, complicado el estacionamiento, pero el parking esta a 5 minutos, Las Chicas de Recepción, muy amables, la habitación la 106 un poco estrecha sobre todo el WC. La ducha muy bien. El Hotel para ser de 2* muchos de 4, quisieran parecerse a este. El desayuno Bufet libre, durante las 24 h. es decir, puedes bajar en cualquier momento y repetir las veces que lo desees y tomar un tente en pie, la cama muy cómoda, como cortesía tienes 2 botellas de agua pequeñas en el mini bar. La decoración realizada con gusto. Mi calificación es de un 9

"24 hour buffet was awesome"

Great location for exploring Santiago. Parking down the street, but we could unload bags right in front of the hotel. They had a cafeteria/buffet in the basement for coffee, bread, juice, yoghurt, ham, cheese, crackers, and snacks open 24 hours. It was nice to have free and convenient refreshments after walking Santiago all day.

"Never recommend!"

Worse thing is the air con... hot and very uncomfortable nights..it’s good thing, we stayed 2 nights only...breakfast is awful! No 24 hour receptionist. Please stay somewhere else!

The location is super close to the historical dow town. Can walk to restaurants and sharing with people. I didn’t like the parking arrangement and one of the guys who work in evening, he was rude and not friendly
