Staff very friendly and a lovely breakfast cooked to order.

Room was extremely small and noisy. You could hear everything from the room next door and I felt I had to creep round in the morning to get ready. I was on the top floor (no lift) and the decor was very very dated.

Clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and bars.

Parking is expensive during the day - so avoid parking between 8am and 6pm during the working week.

Location Friendly staff

Stayed for 2 nights. First night there was a noisy fan, not in our room so couldn’t switch it off I reported this to reception in the morning who apologised and move us to a different/quieter Room for the second night. I’d say that turn a negative into a positive!

"Exceptional"

Very nice, small hotel, situated in a lovely, quiet corner, right next to Kelvingrove Park. Great modern Bath room, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely noted for my next stay in Glasgow!
