Everything. The receptionist was helpful on check-in, even at 9:53pm (check-in ended at 10:00pm)! The room was comfy and very clean, filled with all the amenities we needed. (No shampoo or conditioner, but otherwise everything was provided.) And the morning continental and hot breakfast was delicious and personally prepared to order. A wonderful start to our day of touring. And the cost/price for the stay and the breakfast couldn't be beat anywhere!

The location was not very close to either the train or bus lines.

The beds were extremely comfortable- not too soft. It was a lovely neighborhood with interesting restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were excellent. I couldn't fault anything. We will definitely be back next time in Glasgow.

Nothing. Maybe the bottle collection through the night outside on the street, but that is beyond the control of the hotel. We thought it was fantastic.

This is my second stay here.. it is in a lovely quiet area located close to sauchiehall street and only a fifteen minute walk to the ovo hydro.. it is a nice small hotel, the rooms are warm and comfortable and the staff are friendly, you get a good choice for breakfast which sets you up for the day.. it's definitely value for money. I recommend staying in this little gem of a hotel.

Gute Lage in der Stadt - zwischen der sehenswertes uni und der Innenstadt

Sehr hellhörig, wir haben die ganze nacht das Stöhnen aus dem nächsten Raum gehört. Keine Klobürste im Bad. Irreführend: Ausstattungsmerkmal „Parkplatz, Parkhaus“ ist angegeben, stimmt aber nicht. Zugegebenermaßen ist hier in den weiteren Infos erwähnt, dass vor der Tür öffentliche Parkplätze sind. Ich finde aber nicht, dass man diese zur hotelausstattung zählen kann - schließlich können sie belegt sein und kosten werktags 1,25£ pro Viertelstunde. Als ich danach gefragt habe, wurde sehr unfreundlich reagiert - anscheinend fallen da öfter Leute drauf rein.
