It was very clean and the bed and pillows could not have been more comfortable. The showers were fabulous. Luke was exceptional and went out of his way to assist us even down to finding adapter plugs for charging phones. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only one small issue were a couple of fly’s in the reception/breakfast area which I done think anything could be done. This didn’t stop our enjoyment of the stay.

Superb attention to detail, lovely styling, quality of service, staff’s welcome, comfort of bed, delicious breakfast and extra touches that were so thoughtful in terms of communal areas, and even gifts…

The room was v comfortable and clean and so well presented but compact so could be an issue if staying any length of time. Maybe they are different sizes? I think we had the smallest having looked at the map on the emergency exit information…we were in the annex, la maison which was great.
