Port Vieux in Biarritz for my friend’s birthday trip. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome and cared for. The hotel met all of my expectations and truly made our stay special. The breakfast was delicious, and we absolutely loved the unlimited coffee and tea available 24/7 — such a thoughtful touch! The rooms were beautiful, with attention to detail that made everything feel cozy and elegant. The linens and towels were especially high quality and added to the comfort of our stay. A very special thank you to Carla, Thibaud, Luc, and their intern Solenne for always welcoming us with smiles, kindness, and genuine care throughout our visit. We also accidentally booked rooms in separate buildings, but we wanted to stay together. Thibaud made the whole process incredibly smooth and helped us change the room arrangement without any stress. We really appreciated his help and professionalism. Merci beaucoup to the entire Alfred Hotels team for making our stay in Biarritz so memorable. We would absolutely love to come back!
