USThe location was perfect. Great restaurants just next to the hotel. The lady preparing breakfast was fabulous. Her homemade pastries were outstanding as well as her service. Parking was easy and close to wonderful wineries. Also, an easy drive from Florence.
The receptionists were very nice but not quite knowledgeable about the rooms and surrounding area. Also, our television did not work the entire time of our stay. Nobody was able to help us with this problem.
