The room could have been cleaner, as there was dust and hair on the floor, and the facilities felt a little dated for a 4-star property. We had requested a twin room, which was confirmed, but on arrival we were given a double. This was eventually resolved, and the beds were made up into twins by the receptionist, who was very apologetic and did his best quickly despite being on his own at the time. He couldn’t be faulted, but overall we would have expected a smoother experience from a 4-star property. The property also felt a bit understaffed at times. There was also no WiFi, which we were aware of at the time of booking.

We dropped our bags off early and the hotel locked up for the afternoon and we couldn't access our bags for hours - nobody about. First contact when we came early wasn't so friendly

BESuperbe petit établissement en plein centre de Monteregioni. Ce petit bourg devient une pépite lorsque le tourisme de la journée s’en va. Beau jardin et petite piscine pour les jours de canicule. Hôtel dans une ancienne bâtisse mais avec tout le confort moderne. Petit déjeuner super complet qui peu se prendre sur la terrasse , un plaisir.

Les sanitaires et l’électricité vétustes pour le niveau d’un 4 étoiles et surtout au prix de 400euros la nuit Sur un séjour de 10 étapes en Italie cet hôtel sera notre seule fausse note
