ITL hotel si trova all interno delle mura Quindi centralissimo Ha una bella parte esterna con piscina. Ed una reception elegante Molto gentile lo staf
Doccia molto piccola . Essendo un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di trovare in camera una bottiglia di acqua offerta, invece era tutto a pagamento. Manca un telefono per comunicare con la reception. Abbiamo avuto un problema di mancanza di acqua in bagno e sono dovuta scendere in pigiama per riferirlo in reception . In bagno c era solo una bottiglietta piccola di shampoo e bagno schiuma e noi eravamo due. Per il problema avuto la sera della mancanza di acqua mi aspettavo che la struttura ci omaggiasse di qualcosa per il disagio . Invece nulla.

La propreté de la salle de bain n’était pas impeccable et il n’y avait pas de tapis de bain. Il n’y avait pas non plus de bouilloire à disposition comme indiqué sur booking ni même une petite bouteille d’eau en guise de bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner débute à 8h, je me suis présentée à 7h55, certes avec 5 minutes d’avance, et ai demandé aimablement si je pouvais quand même m’asseoir dans la salle pour attendre l’ouverture du service, il m’a été rétorqué que le petit déjeuner était à 8h. Bien, je suis repartie. Pour revenir à 8h. Pour un hôtel dit 4 étoiles, j’ai vu largement mieux.
USLovely small hotel nestled inside the walls of this sweet town. The building is a thousand years old but the rooms are brand new. Ours had a beautiful view over the square and surrounding fields. Giovanni, our desk attendant, was super helpful.

CZNádherné prostředí přímo v srdci městečka , s klidnou zahradou a úžasnou terasou pro posezení. Během našeho pobytu (koncem dubna), jsme pro ranní osvěžení využili i bazén. Parsonál vždy s úsměvem se vším poradil, pomohl. Cítili jsme se zde skutečně vítaní a pobyt, přestože byl pouze na 1 noc, jsme si opravdu užili.

Ausstattung sehr einfach, Dusche sehr klein, Klima hat nicht funktioniert bzw. nur geheizt. Der Pool ist eher eine größere Badewanne.
BRA cidade e a localização foram os pontos altos que mais me agradaram. Monteriggione tem restaurantes muito bons e na praça central. É só escolher um deles que vai agradar
A minha tentativa foi reservar um quarto para três pessoas, eu minha esposa e meu filho. Foi informado que não existia essa alternativa e sim um quarto de casal e um de solteiro. Até aí tudo bem, mas não foi isso que constatamos. O quarto que eu e minha esposa ficamos tinha uma cama de solteiro o que dava perfeitamente de uma pessoa dormir com conforto. Na verdade pagamos um quarto a mais sem necessidade, e não deu para fazer qualquer acerto já que foi cobrado antecipado o valor total.
