Hotel Sunstar Heritage

Just the room was nice. N the boy at the time of checking in was very polite.

I checked in on 21st April. Checked out from the hotel on 24th April . They didn't clean r room till i told them to .I had to tell them to remove the wet towels from the bathroom n tea cups from r room. N even to clean the dustbin. The housekeeping could have been more efficient. After taking so much tariff atleast they can do is maintain their standards.

The location was good. It is centrally located in Karol bagh.

AC of my room was broken and they tried to lie to me about fixing the ac but in the end they didn't fix it .. breakfast was not that great

Service by staff was excellent especially Bhola who took care of all my needs in terms of food and beverage services.

Got up early to take a four day Golden Triangle tour all organised by the hotel, our driver Pramod was excellent, very polite, very calm driver and very skilled, keeping us safe for four days in the crazy traffic. Very patient and nice guy. The guides that we met at the Taj Mahal and Taj n Jaipur were all similarly excellent, knowledgeable and good fun and very fair, letting us decide how much we should pay them. All guides organised by the hotel and their contacts. We were shown into many very interesting retail outlets which is all part of the quid pro quo and we were happy to do so, to be part of the scratching system of helping each other out, it is their culture and rather charming. Hotels during our trip were recommended and researched, by our guides, and Driver, but we chose our own, being patiently driven around by Pramod and Wasim, our Taj Mahal guide and Jay our Jaipur guide until we were happy. Felt very nurtured and cared for. Thank you all.

Staff was friendly and helpful (walked me back from ATM and let me in really early in the morning when they weren't fully open), room was decent size, bed was medium comfort, shower was hot, room a little older. Could use new towels/sheets as looking dingy and brown. A little bit of a walk to metro. Room service was reasonable price and good taste. CONS: Bedding/towels seemed old, hasn't had updates, not close to metro. PR0S: Good sized room, hot shower, clean, well priced, good wifi, good/friendly staff

Room not clean, Everything I see on photo not same To much dust in Room not comfortable to stay. No sanitary kit. Towel old and dirty like hotel use for 50 years. I book 1500 THB Room but everything worse like 500 THB. Totally terrible not valuable. I get Sick because of pollution in hotel. Unhappy 😭😭😭😭😭
