Clean and comfortable rooms

Hotel is very clean, staff are very responsive and professional, Toiletries and other items were duly served.

We were staying at 3rd floor of the hotel. On 4th floor they have their dinning location. So in time of dine, noise comes from 4th floor which was very Disturbing especially in the morning time.

Prompt response to the room service, Tea at room, support staff were available and well behaved. Calm environment, Good location.

Lift was not working properly, electricity disruption, narrow bathroom, AC remote was not working properly.

Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Room service is good. Initially I had air condition problem but later they shifted us to another room and it became good.

The best part is the location and food. It's accessible by cab. I felt more comfortable to book and come here. The hotel doesn't have a house kitchen but from the kitchen( in other hotel next building) but the food was fantastic and delightful to even have in room, refrigerator is to the rescue if you ordered in excess.. I didn't opt for the breakfast spread while booking but later took it for the convenience and time saving. Place is on the roof top and worth watching on how well made it is... It's a glassed roof, AC, feels good. The staff always helped and were prompt. Good stay.

Great value for money, staff is amazing and helps you with everything required and go beyond expectations, they made my stay a joy! highly recommended. Breakfast and the food ordered were great as well! The rooms were nice and cleaned everyday.
