Great experience with this property. Room was ready even we arrived little early in the afternoon. Staff was very co-operative and helpful. Price was reasonable can recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Karol Bagh area

Staff was very helpful, room was big enough for family. They given us early checkin as we arrived at hotel near 8am

Big room with natural light; roomservice available; unlimited hot water

Not clean enough (sheets and towels were with stains); the hot water was not not really hot; At the check-in the staff explained that the breakfast is included in the price but actually it wasn't. So they wanted extra pay at the check-out - the standard Indian whining for more money. The staff competence should be improved. About the location you need car or taxi - the area around the hotel is very dirty and uncomfortable for walking. The quality can be better for the price!

The takeaway food menu is cheap and good food.

Unfortunately I didn’t like anything about staying here from the moment I arrived. Not a good hotel for tourists, no one understood any english. No one gave me any information when I arrived about the Hotel or where to eat. I ate in the restaurant or if you order room service, it is a 40min wait while the food is brought in which is ok but they asked for my room number and I thought the bill would be charged to my room (which is what occurs in nearly every place I stayed), but then i got a loud doorbell ring once Id already gone to bed to pay the bill. The hot water in the shower was minimal and took 10mins running to get barely warm. The rooms were suffocating hot even with the fan on. The wifi isn’t very good. I got my laundry done and my shirts were returned with white stains and markings on them. On my last morning I arrived for breakfast at 7am which is when breakfast is served ( I was being picked up at 7:30 to leave Delhi ), there was no breakfast I was told rudely “miss go back to your room 15min”, at 7:25 the breakfast arrived, they hadn’t turned the coffee machine on took 10mins to warm up and then was too hot to drink I had to leave as driver was already arrived I was well and truly ready to leave, and then my bank card wouldn’t work on their machine (no issue anywhere else) so I was forced to use my credit card which charges the exchange fee on top of the bill. Just really unwelcoming atmosphere.
