The location is excellent, in the heart of the city. The atmosphere is chique and elegant. The older rooms are okay for the value currently, but the new rooms are just gorgeous as you can see in the photos. Cleanliness is good. What they need to improve is the room service to be a top-class accomodation. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also grand. And I believe Mr Chandan, the CEO, is going to achieve greatness with his vision of renovation. Above all,Mr Chandan is a great human being too. The staffs are also helpful, like Mr. Manish and Ms. Rekha at the reception. All in all looking forward to my next stay there.

It's an old property, undergoing renovations, but still lacking basic cleanliness, with poor hygiene, old mattresses, foul-smelling rooms, cockroaches crawling around, etc. It's located near the old airport and is not conveniently situated. It might have been a great hotel a few years ago, but not anymore.
