Worth staying at The Manohar. Will look forward to stay again. Centrally positioned. Convenient and easy accessible to most of the key tourist spots of city area.
USHi Manohar Hotel Team, Few suggestions/Inputs: 1. Train your employees on Customer relation Management skills(especially people works in the reception); they know how to talk Arrogant and behave cruelly; let me know if you need inputs on this. 2. paint the hotel walls (Dirty everywhere) replace door mats and carpets (Those are dirty, seems you cleaned them a a year ago). 3. Replace floor and wall Tiles (Dirty and stains) and Glasses (broken) 4. Replace all washroom and wash basin stuff ( Not working; complained many times but no use). 5. Clear Drainage system; water stuck in bath rub and flush was not working (complained many times but no use) 6. Replace Internet service provider or change your employers (Complained many times but no resolution) 7. Respect Customer and customer decision(haven’t opted meal plan for my stay; your employee felt very bad for not opting meal plan, May be you will not gain some money; but that is customer decision as this is not mandatory; tell your employee to not force customer and ask them not to treat cheap way) 8. Use room spray or keep one room spray in hotel so that customers spray it when they feel bad odour in rooms and hallway. At last I don’t think, this will change your hotel and employees behaviour based on my review; but this is an awareness for other customers; they should not suffer like us. Note: For namesake this is luxurious star model; based on my experience, this is the dirty Zero-Star hotel

Our stay was excellent. The Deluxe Suite was amazing, with stunning decor and great attention to detail. Rekha was extremely helpful, took the time to show us around the property, and was very supportive throughout our visit.
Ambience is excellent................Food is delicious..............Staff is well-mannered, and professional.
It was great stay in. Beautiful place, lovely restaurant and pool. Pool side seats are comfortable. Rooms are cozy. Front desk people are so friendly especially Rekha helped us for quick check in.
We had a great experience during our stay at The Manohar Hotel in Hyderabad. Service was great too. Omer, and all the staff in the dining place are very accommodating. We are also grateful to Lavanya who was so helpful in so many ways. We felt secure staying at the hotel as well.
The Manohar Hotel is very clean and comfortable, including the rooms. They also offer a good selection of food, especially for those who prefer non-spicy dishes with meat. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk executive, Ms. Rekha, who was very helpful and kind. We even had the chance to meet the owner, who was very professional. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again.
Everything was good and neat with all perfect things and atmosphere with a great service and good rooms and had a great experience
