Unacceptable rude behavior from receptionist while check in at night 11:30. I was in hyderabad from last 7 days and that is to 5 star hotel. When i checkin at night here i was told to pay 1600 extra for 6 year old kid even there is no additional bed requested. It should be mentioned at time of app booking. Also the way i was told this is offended. Really rude and Unacceptable. Apart from that i had to change room because of ac issue. So much in one night. Any way,thanks for ruining my vacations. No complaints with attendent bharat. He was helpful

Recently spent 3 nights here on a work trip. Room service for even basic amenities are a challenge. Your room will be clean if you are lucky. If you request, maybe you will get clean towels. Apparently water bottles are to begged for and you need to answer many rounds of questions to get water bottles at night. If you are on a budget amd your curiosity gets the better of you on "how bad could it be?" Stay here and find out. Else, i jope you learn from my experience.
