Really beautiful riad, gorgeous interior, comfortable spacious rooms that get cleaned each day. The rooftop is among the higher ones in the proximity and offers a stunning view across the medina of fes, perfect for sunset or sunup. A very delicious freshly made breakfast is served in the morning, and incredibly kind staff make you feel very much at home:) Absolute recommendation:)

La ubicación era perfecta,a un par de minutos de la puerta azul en plena medina, la amabilidad del personal que nos atendió en todo momento y se acomodo a nuestras necesidades.

Las camas son un poquito incomodas y la ducha tenía el grifo que salía poco agua. por lo demás todo perfecto

"Me hicieron sentir como en casa"

Lo primero que voy a destacar es la amabilidad de toda la gente que trabaja en el riad, me hicieron sentir en casa y fueron muy hospitalarios y amables. La habitación era espaciosa, y tanto la habitación como el lugar compartido súper lindos y bien decorados. El desayuno rico y completo. La ubicación excelente, en una calle principal de la Medina y cerca de la puerta principal.

La habitación es amplia y la ubicación es excelente. El personal es amable en el trato.

El día de mi llegada avisé de que mi salida sería al día siguiente a las 7:00, ya que tenía un tour contratado. La persona de recepción me comunicó que no había ningún problema y se ofreció a acompañarme al punto de encuentro junto a otros huéspedes que harían el mismo tour. Sin embargo, llegado el momento no había nadie en recepción y el hotel estaba cerrado, siendo imposible salir. Finalmente se solucionó y llegué a tiempo, pero denota falta de profesionalidad.

"Amazing Riad hidden in the Medina"

Everything Beautiful building felt like a palace. Also amazing rooftop We stayed 4 nights and we worked from there for 3 days with zero issues very call. Breakfast was also always fresh and we had AC in the room. Host was very nice . Also easy to find and well located
