Travelling alone and absolutely delighted with this gorgeous property. Couldn’t fault it. Loved breakfast and everything about it. A much needed respite from the hustle of Lisbon.

Soggiornare al Pergola Boutique Hotel è stata una splendida e piacevole sorpresa. Un luogo incantevole, curato nei minimi dettagli, con grande gusto ed eleganza. La ristrutturazione delle camere è stata eseguita in modo impeccabile. Gli spazi comuni fanno sentire subito come a casa propria, e lo staff è estremamente attento e sempre disponibile a rendere il soggiorno dell’ospite il più confortevole possibile, prendendosi cura di ogni esigenza già prima dell’arrivo. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno informato che, per un errore di Booking, avevamo prenotato una camera in più, e si sono occupati personalmente di gestire tutto il processo per il rimborso. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel cuore del centro, con tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Anche se l’hotel non dispone di parcheggio, è facile trovare posto nelle vicinanze e il personale fornisce spiegazioni chiare e dettagliate. Se torneremo a Cascais, sceglieremo sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui.

Location, staff, cleanliness excellent

I should have been informed that the Toilet and shower was located in bedroom. When booking I stipulated parking but had to park in nearby car park at an extra cost of €40 for our stay.

- Beautiful historical building - Good design - It was very clean and comfortable

- The breakfast was ridiculous. The options were so limited that we ended up having breakfast outside. The lady at the reception noticed my frustration and promised to add at least some vegetables, which has never happened. - Even though we visited off-season and booked a month in advance, I felt like we had been given one of the worst rooms. Faced the back of the building, we heard the vent noise from the restaurant kitchen till 2 AM. The bathroom had only big white lights, no spotlights. The next day we were offered a nicer room, and I'm grateful for that!

Bellissima villa novecentesca che ha mantenuto l’atmosfera di un tempo e non è stata snaturata con i necessari ammodernamenti. Le parti comuni, dal giardino al salone con camino, sono molto accoglienti e curate. Personale molto gentile.

O meu horário de saída não me permitiu tomar o pequeno almoço, mas providenciaram-me um kit que pude levar comigo

Da exiguidade do tamanho do quarto, onde um casal dificilmente se movimentava, e que deveria ter uso unicamente como quarto individual
