Beautiful old worldly hotel. Service and staff were amazing. They went beyond helping us when bags didnt arrive with our flight. Would highly recomend.

The hotel is totally charming - like a bygone era but with modern comforts. Staff are genuinely kind and helpful - was a joy to stay there.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, very classic and completely spotless. Comfortable bed and good sized room with large bathroom. Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for you and full of energy. Would definitely come back. Really lovely restaurant setting too with the courtyard garden.

Stunning building, great location, welcoming staff and so many wonderful extra touches. The welcome drink, handwritten note, great breakfast and comfortable room.

Only small things, like a little noise from downstairs late at night. But nothing could spoil the stay.

When we entered, the atmosphere was like stepping into a fairy tale. Notice the key cabinet. :) Personal and original. Good location. In January the weather wasn't the best, in the summer the hotel and its garden are an even better experience.

Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator.

We arrived to the facility late in the evening due to train schedules and previous obligations. We were hungry and the front desk and kitchen staff graciously allowed us to order even though it was time for them to close. We were so grateful after 5+ hours of travel. The facility is absolutely gorgeous. You walk into the facility via a beautiful garden with blue azulejos. It's stunning when lite at night words can't do it justice. The staff of the facility was very accommodating to our late arrival, near midnight again out of our control due to transport issues. Upon arrival to our room we had a hand written note from staff welcoming us for our stay. There is a minibar in room for items which are charged to room if needed in addition to tea and water which are free. The room had a space heater and was very comfortable. The facility was very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was typical European breakfast in addition to hot made to order items. Very good. We will return when the weather is nicer and will recommend to all of our friends that visit as the customer service and the cleanliness was stellar.

Nothing, it was fabulous. We've stayed at 5 star hotels in Paris and this hotel would give them a run. The staff and facilities were fabulous.
