Pergola Boutique Hotel

Schon bei der Ankunft war es ein bisschen unwirklich, hier die nächsten Tage zu verbringen. Ein historisches Haus mitten im Zentrum von Cascais, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Kombination aus alten Elementen und frischem Design wirkt sehr stimmig, ohne überladen zu sein - man fühlt sich schnell wohl. Der Empfang durch Rita war besonders angenehm - herzlich, unkompliziert und sehr natürlich. Generell läuft alles entspannt und reibungslos, ohne großes Aufheben. Ein echtes Highlight ist das angeschlossene Bougain Restaurant. Eingebettet in einen fast schon verwunschen wirkenden kleinen Garten, hat der Ort eine ganz eigene Atmosphäre. Dazu kommt ein sehr aufmerksamer Service, der präsent ist, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Auch qualitativ ist das auf einem Niveau, das dem Haus absolut gerecht wird. Wenn es wieder nach Cascais geht, würde ich sehr wahrscheinlich wieder hier buchen.

Dieses Hotel hat alles übertroffen- sehr gemütlich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer ein wunderbarer Garten mit einem tollen Restaurant, eine Oase der Ruhe. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig gelegen, obwohl mitten im Zentrum. aufmerksames Servicepersonal andere Rezeption sowie im Restaurant. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder hier wohnen - das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us with calling the airport about our suitcase that never arrived at the airport. The hotel decor was very charming and the hotel breakfast was very good.

Our room was a little awkward with the bathroom that gave no privacy for the user.

Beautiful place, small but comfortable room. Excellent common spaces, and fantastic breakfasts. Did not get a chance to go to the beautiful (though expensive) bar or restaurant, as we were enjoying the overall town both nights we stayed in Cascais. Hotel is very much recommended. Lovely place.

The hotel is perfectly place in the city center. One has easy access to the marina , fun shops and restaurants too. It is easy to get to from Lisbon and surrounding communities. The Hotel team was warm and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and filled with resources.

There isn't anything I didn't like

Het hotel heeft niet echt een "ingang" als je niet vooraf de code hebt moet iemand in de tuin de deur voor u openmaken. Tel werd ook niet opgenomen.
